There are no additional fees owed to us on a regular basis unless you are paying us to continually update and optimize your website. The only additional annual fees that will be due will be for your domain, hosting, and/ or email which are billed once a year though StepUp Hosting.
Do I need to provide the content for my website?
Yes, clients are usually responsible for providing the content for their website, including text, images, and any other media. However, TMalone Marketing does offer content creation services, including copywriting, photography, and videography, to help clients who need assistance generating professional content for their site for additional charges.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes, we offer website redesign services. Whether your current site is outdated, not performing well, or doesn’t reflect your brand accurately, we can revamp it to meet modern standards. What is a CMS, and will I be able to update my website myself?

TMalone Marketing will provide ongoing support and training for 3 months after your website is launched. After that we provide paid ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure your website runs smoothly after launch. This can include updates, backups, security monitoring, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. We offer various maintenance packages to suit different needs and budgets.
How long does it take to design and develop a website?
TMalone Marketing offers a lot different products with different amounts of time to complete. General turnaround time for a small business content management system (CMS) website is between 30 and 45 days provided we have received all the content for the client.
